Stretching & Mobility : HEALING WARRIOR SOCIETY
Stretching and Mobility is critical for people of ALL ages but especially members 35 years and older. Our curriculum focuses on restoring flexibility, improving range of motion, and helping prevent injury. It also may help reduce muscle pain and stiffness when practiced properly.
Benefits of stretching:
- Improves the range of motion in your hips and legs
- Helps stabilize your lower back and pelvis
- Improves hip and knee range of motion
- Improve standing posture
- Improves range of motion in your spine and trunk
- Increases ability to bend and reach low or high
- Improves hip and thigh range of motion
- Helps maintain good ankle flexibility which will assist with walking and standing
- Helps with knee and hip stiffness
