Welcome to the Healing Warrior Society, created to help our members improve their health, energy, and mindfulness. We have created a path that focuses on “Staying Well”. Our mission is to help our students follow a path that is built upon the bedrocks of health, healing, and longevity. This holistic path of self-development focuses on how you think, how you eat, and how you move.

Our system encompasses the practice of improving one’s own internal energy (mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual) to improve health and wellness. This system of training will improve your strength, flexibility, and balance, and also benefits the circulatory system, immune system, skeletal system, and sleep health. Following this path, you will feel a greater sense of inner peace mentally and emotionally. Regardless of whether you are seeking improved health, a longer more vibrant life, or want a gentle form of mind, body, and spirit exercise, the Healing Warrior Society is for you.

What can this program do for me?

With regular practice, it is possible to keep blood and energy circulation flowing smoothly throughout the entire body. This will enable you to relax more easily and bring a feeling of peace, joy, and positive wellness.

Our program is designed to stimulate the brain, realign the spine, and help the body reestablish a natural symmetrical balance. Traditional soft-style martial arts have been shown to help with a number of medical conditions, including arthritis, low bone density, sleep problems, and a variety of heart and circulatory diseases.

The HWS program offers training in five learning systems. They are:

  1. Meditation and Mindfulness
  2. Nutrition
  3. Energy Cultivation
  4. Stretching and Mobility
  5. Healing and Longevity

The foundation of all our learning systems, and in fact any practice of martial, medical, or wellness training, is an understanding on how to develop and use the gifts we already have at our disposal. Our goal in the HWS is to help you think well, eat well, and move well which will aid you, restore you, rejuvenate you, and revitalize you. As part of this training you will be better able to help others by learning how to use your Master’s Mind to cultivate energy and awareness.
