Energy cultivation is similar to Tai Chi and yet different at the same time. They are similar in that they incorporate deep breathing and circular movements, increase the flow of oxygen to the body, and aid in healing. Where they are different, is that our energy cultivation movement incorporates easy to use movements that are more adaptable from the outset.
You do not have to be a world-class athlete to do energy cultivation—it can be performed by those with a wide range of medical conditions or ages (even those well into the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and beyond).
